The most problematic issue with after market straps is that they dont fit the watch groves well. This one does. I dont know if its just the piece I got, but I really like it. Sits well on the wrist too. Very Happy. A little over priced though, as I dont think they have used real leather, but whatever they have used is good and does not cause wrist discomfort. Of course I've been wearing it only in winters so far, dont think this will hold up well in summers when I sweat like a horse.
